The authors obtain an analog of Younis's theorem [\textit{M. S. Younis}, Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 9, 301--312 (1986; Zbl 0595.42006)] on characterization of the set of functions in \(L_2(\mathbb R)\) satisfying the Dini-Lipschitz condition by means of an asymptotic estimate growth of the norm of their Fourier transforms. Namely, the main result is as follows. Let \(\beta\in (0, 1)\), \(\gamma>0\), \(\mu\ge 0\) and \(f\in L^2((0, \infty), x^{\mu}\, dx)\). Then the Dini-Clifford Lipschitz condition \[ \|\Gamma (\mu+1)\tau_hf-f\|_{L^2((0, \infty), x^{\mu}\, dx)}=O(h^{\beta}(-\log h)^{-\gamma}) \] as \(h\to 0\), where \(\tau_h\) is the generalized translation operator \(\tau_h(f)(x)=\int_0^{\infty}f(z)D_{\mu}(h, x, z)z^{\mu}\, dz\), is equivalent to condition \[ \int_r^{\infty}|h_{1, \mu}(Mf)(\lambda)|^2\lambda^{-\mu}\, d\lambda=O(r^{-2\beta}(\log 4r)^{-2\gamma}) \] as \(r\to\infty\) for the first Hankel-Clifford transform on the half line \(h_{1, \mu}(f)(\lambda)=\lambda^{\mu}\int_0^{\infty}c_{\mu}(\lambda x)f(x)\, dx\), \(c_{\mu}\) is the Bessel-Clifford function of the first kind, and \(Mf(x)=x^{\mu}f(x)\). A similar result was obtained for the \(\psi\)-Dini-Clifford Lipschitz functions.
