Strongly regular configurations (Q2161426)

In this paper, the authors study symmetric configurations whose associated point and line graphs are strongly regular, which they call strongly regular configurations. Examples of such configurations include partial geometries, semi-partial geometries, and elliptic semi-plans. Strongly regular configurations not belonging to the families of partial and semi-partial geometries or elliptic semi-plans are also constructed. Further, some necessary conditions for the existence of a strongly regular configuration with certain parameters are given. The complete classifications of configurations with small parameters is given too, as well as a table of feasible parameters of strongly regular configurations with \(v \le 200\).
