This paper contains some types of complex continued fraction expansions and their associated maps of Euclidean fields \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-d})\), \(d=1,2,3,7\) and 11 introduced by Hurwitz among others. The authors show that there exists the Legendre constant for every type of continued fraction expansions in the case of the one by Hurwitz with \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-1})\) The authors have already proved the result in the paper [Monatsh. Math. 188, No. 1, 37--86 (2019; Zbl 1414.11090)] and only some extensions of their proof are given. The paper is useful for further study and discussion in complex continued fraction expansions over imaginary quadratic fields.
