Defining a finite monoid, namely Stylic monoid as denoted by Styl\((A)\), the authors have described it as canonically a quotient of the Plactic monoid and thereafter they have deduced some related results one of which can be stated as -- The cardinality of Styl\((A)\) is equal to the number of partitions of a set on \((|A|+1)\) elements. The first two main results of the paper are focused on the cardinality of the monoid and a presentation of it. Also the authors have established \(J\)-relation of Stylic monoid and deduced that Styl\((A)\) is \(J\)-trivial monoid. All these results proved in the paper are very much powerful and have high impact in the future journey of works in this area. Further in the paper, the authors have focused on Left \(N\)-insertion and a relation between Plactic congruence \& Stylic congruence of the function \(\lambda\). Also they have inserted applications to the Plactic monoid-a confluent rewriting system. Moreover, a resourceful reference list is given at the end of the paper.
