A measurable function \(f:\mathbb{R}^d \to \mathbb{R}\) is said to tile \(\mathbb{R}^d\) w.r.t.\ a lattice \(\Lambda\) if \(\sum_{t \in \Lambda} f(x-t)\) is constant for almost all \(x \in \mathbb{R}^d\). The authors give bounds for diameter and volume of the support of a measurable \(f\) that tiles \(\mathbb{R}^d\) simultaneously w.r.t.\ \(N\) different lattices. As a generalization, they also study real-valued functions (without measurability) on an abelian group \(G\) (instead of \(\mathbb{R}^d\)) that tile \(G\) simultaneously w.r.t.\ several subgroups (instead of lattices).
