    Consider two collections \(\mathcal{F\neq }\{ 0\} ,\mathcal{C}\mathcal{\neq } \{ 0\} \) of continuous operators with modulus on \( \mathcal{\ell }_{p}\) (\(1\leq p<\infty \)) and \(\vert \mathcal{F}\vert =\{ \vert T\vert ,T\in \mathcal{F}\}\). Let \(x_{0}\in \mathcal{\ell }_{p}\). The collection \(\mathcal{C}\) is said to be finitely modulus-quasinilpotent at the vector \(x_{0}\) if \(\underset{n\longrightarrow +\infty }{\lim }\Vert \vert \mathcal{F}\vert ^{n}x_{0}\Vert ^{\frac{1}{n}}=0\) for any finite subset \(\mathcal{F}\) of \(\mathcal{C}\). Here, \(\Vert \vert \mathcal{F}\vert ^{n}x_{0}\Vert =\sup \{ \Vert T\Vert ^{n}x_{0}:T\in \mathcal{F}\}\). The symbol \(\mathcal{C}_{m}^{\prime }\) denotes the set of all continuous operators \(S\) with modulus on \(\mathcal{\ell }_{p}\) such that \(\vert T\vert \circ \vert S\vert \leq \vert S\vert \circ \vert T\vert \) for every \(T\in \mathcal{C}\). In this article, we find a result asserting that, if \(\mathcal{C}\)\ is a finitely modulus-quasinilpotent at a nonzero positive vector \(x_{0}\) in \(\mathcal{ \ell }_{p}\), then \(\mathcal{C}\) and \(\mathcal{C}_{m}^{\prime }\) have a common nontrivial invariant closed ideal.
