The authors study the fourth-order \(p\)-Laplacian integral boundary value problem \[ \left\{\begin{array}{l} \left(\Phi_p\left(u^{\prime \prime}(t)\right)\right)^{\prime \prime}=f\left(t, u(t), u^{\prime}(t), u^{\prime \prime}(t)\right), \quad t \in(0,1), \\ u(0)-\alpha u^{\prime}(0)=\int_0^1 g_1(s) u(s) d s, \\ u(1)+\beta u^{\prime}(1)=\int_0^1 g_2(s) u(s) d s, \quad u^{\prime \prime}(0)=u^{\prime \prime}(1)=0, \end{array}\right. \] where \(\Phi_p(u)=|u|^{p-2} u\) is the one-dimensional \(p\)-Laplacian operator, \(\alpha, \beta \geq 0\); \(f \in C\left([0,1] \times \mathbb{R}^3, \mathbb{R}\right)\), \(g_i \in C([0,1],[0,1))\) for \(i=1,2\), \(p>1, \frac{1}{p}+\frac{1}{q}=1\) and \(\Phi_p^{-1}(u)=\Phi_q(u)=|u|^{q-2} u\). Under suitable assumptions on the functions \(f\) and \(g_i\), \(i=1,2\), they prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the considered problem. The proofs follow by obtaining upper bounds of the Green's functions, and its first derivatives, related to the linear problem \[ \left\{\begin{array}{l} u''(t) =y(t), \quad t \in(0,1), \\ u(0)-\alpha u^{\prime}(0)=\int_0^1 g_1(s) u(s) d s, \\ u(1)+\beta u^{\prime}(1)=\int_0^1 g_2(s) u(s) d s. \end{array}\right. \]
