Investigation of the \(l\)-problem of moments for fractional-order equations with Atangana-Baleanu derivative (Q2172897)

This paper deals with linear two-dimensional controllable systems of fractional order with lumped parameters, which are described by equations with Atangana-Baleanu fractional derivative. Analytical solutions of the constitutive equations are obtained, and the problem of moments, which is the basis for finding optimal control of such systems, is investigated. It is somewhat strange to see a work devoted to fractional integration and differentiation without reference to the classical monograph [\textit{St. G.
