Double universal Fourier series (Q2173211)

The authors construct a function of two variables for which the Fourier-Walsh series converges by rectangles or by spheres converges. Also, the coefficients of the series are positive on the spectrum and can be arranged in decreasing manner in any direction (in the sense provided in the paper). They also prove the density of the spherical partial sums (after assigning suitable signs to the coefficients) in \(L^p(T),\) \(p\in (0,1)\) and \(T=[0,1]^2.\)
