The authors consider a problem of feedback stabilization of Infinite dimensional bilinear systems described by abstract differentia equations with time-delay in state variables. The line of reasoning is based on previous the authors' works (e.g. [Syst. Control Lett. 57, No. 10, 813--815 (2008; Zbl 1162.93390); Int. J. Control 82, No. 9, 1657--1664 (2009; Zbl 1190.93085)]) devoted to infinite dimensional bilinear systems without delay in which stabilization of the whole system can be reached by stabilizing its unstable prt after decomposition of the system into two uncoupled subsystems: stable one and unstable one. The authors present sufficient conditions for strong stabilization of the considered systems. The stabilizing feedback has a quadratic form and is based on orthogonal projection of the unstable part of the system state. The results are illustrated by two examples: the parabolic system with time delayed bilinear control and the uncoupled ODE-PDE system with finite dimensional unstable part. For the stabilized state an explicit decay rate is given.
