In the extended plane of a triangle $ABC$, the equation of the line at infinity $L^\infty$ in barycentric coordinates is $x+y+z=0$. Various properties of the line at infinity are discussed and the main objective of the author is to describe certain special pairs of polynomial triangle centers on $L^\infty$ that are orthogonal. After the definition of isogonal conjugation, reflexion in the circumcenter, barycentric product, polynomial centers, the author introduces the concept of orthogonal conjugates and enounces two theorems on polynomial representations of triangle centers that are at opposite ends of a diameter of the circumcircle. Also, an equal-areas locus, symbolic substitution and historical comments are considered.
