This article is concerned with numerical approximation of solutions to Manakov systems \[ i\partial_t \psi_j=-\beta_j \partial_{xx}\psi_j-\sum_{k=1}^n \gamma_{jk}|\psi_k|^2\psi_j\,,\quad1\leq j\leq n. \] The approach combines spectrally accurate Fourier decomposition in space with a spectrally accurate time integration that relies on the use of spectral Hamiltonian boundary value methods. This method has the advantage of preserving all the physical invariants of the systems. Numerical experiments are also included.
