In this short note, the authors formulate three problems relating to nonnegative scalar curvature (NNSC) fill-ins. For example, when are \((n-1)\)-dimensional Bartnik data \((\Sigma_i^{n-1}, \gamma_i, H_i)\), \(i=1,2\) NNSC-cobordant? Another problem is: Given Bartnik data \((\mathbb{S}^{n-1}, g_1, H)\) and \((\mathbb{S}^{n-1}, g_0, 0)\), both with positive scalar curvature, what is the largest \(\inf_{\mathbb{S}^{n-1}} H\) so that \((\mathbb{S}^{n-1}, g_0, 0)\) is NNSC-cobordant to \((\mathbb{S}^{n-1}, g_1, H)\)? The paper mainly consists of discussions, references and some thoughts about possible directions about the solutions of these problems.
