This paper is concerned with a flux limited Keller-Segel (FLKS) system. The authors derive this model from a kinetic equation, then they pay their attention to the investigation of the existence of stationary radial solutions and long time behaviour of solutions. Different from the finite time blow up property of the calssical Keller Segel model, the solutions of FLKS will always exist globally in time. When degradation coefficient is zero, the authors proved the nonexistence of positive radially symmetric steady state solutions in dimension \(d\) with \(d>2\), and a critical mass exists in dimension 2 for the existence of radial stationary solution. Subsequently, the long time behavior of solutions also be investigated.
