Summary: For any second countable locally compact group \(G\), we construct a simple \(G\)-\(\mathrm{C}^\ast\)- algebra whose full and reduced crossed product norms coincide. We then construct its \(G\)-equivariant representation on another simple \(G\)-\(\mathrm{C}^\ast\)-algebra without the coincidence condition. This settles two problems posed by \textit{C. Anantharaman-Delaroche} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 354, No. 10, 4153--4178 (2002; Zbl 1035.46039)]. Some constructions involve the Baire category theorem.
