The authors study the existence of mild solutions of a fractional differential inclusion with impulses and nonlocal initial conditions in a reflexive Banach space. The results are established by means of a technique based on the weak topology connected with the Glicksberg-Ky Fan fixed point theorem. Here, the authors avoid the hypotheses of compactness on the semigroup and on the nonlinear term. Further they do not assume the hypotheses of monotonicity or Lipschitz regularity neither on the nonlinear term nor on the impulse functions and on the nonlocal condition. An example of a fractional diffusion process is provided to illustrate the theoretical results.
