In this paper, the following type of Kirchhoff equation involving critical nonlinearities is studied: \begin{align*} Lu-\phi |u|^{2^*_{s,t}-2}u=\lambda h(x)|u|^{p-2}u+|u|^{2^*_s-2}u \text{ in }\mathbb{R}^N,\\ (-\Delta)^t \phi=|u|^{2^*_{s,t}} \text{ in } \mathbb{R}^N, \end{align*} where \(Lu=M([u]^2_s-\mu \int_{\mathbb{R}^3}V(x)|u|^2dx) [(-\Delta)^su-\mu V(x)u]\), \((-\Delta)^s\) is the fractional Lapalcian, \([\cdot]_s\) is the Gagliardo seminorm, \(M \in C(\mathbb{R}^+_0,\mathbb{R}^+_0)\), \(V(x)=|x|^{-2s}\), \( 2^*_{s,t}=(3+2t)/(3-2s) ( s,t\in(0,1))\) which is is the upper critical exponent associated with the Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality, \(\lambda>0\) and \(\mu>0\) are parameters, \( p \in (1, 2^*_s)\) with \(2^*_s=6/(3-2s)-\)the critical fractional Sobolev exponent, \(h \in L^{2^*_s/(2^*_s-p)}(\mathbb{R}^3)\). Under some further condtions on \(M\), the existence of nontrivial nonnegative solution, nonnegative radial solutions and non-radial sign-changing solutions as well as the existence of infinitely many solutions are established by using variational methods and the Krasnoleskii's genus theory for suitable \(\lambda\) and \(\mu\). Moreover, the asymptotic behaviour of solutions is also discussed as \(\lambda \rightarrow 0^+ \).
