Given a time-sample dependent attractor of a random dynamical system, the lower semi-continuity is studied along the time axis. The abstract results are applied to the the nonautonomous stochastic \(p\)-Laplace equation defined on an unbounded domain with weakly dissipative nonlinearity. Without any additional hypotheses, the pullback random attractor is proven to be probabilistically continuous in both time and sample parameters.
