Let \(Y\) be a nonsingular projective variety over \(\mathbb C\) with a \(T=\mathbb C^{*m}\)-action, and \(V_1\), \(V_2\) be two \(T\)-equivariant vector bundles of rank \(r\) over \(Y\). If these two bundles have the same equivariant Chern classes the equivariant cohomologies of the corresponding projective bundles are canonically isomorphic \(\mathfrak F : H^*_T (\mathbb P(V_1)) \cong H^*_T (\mathbb P(V_2))\), and this induces an isomorphism between the groups of numerical curve classes. Suppose now that \(Y\) in addition is a GKM manifold i.e. there are finitely many fixed points and one-dimensional orbits, e.g. \(Y\) can be a toric variety, Grassmannian, or a flag variety. The main result of the paper under review proves that \(\mathfrak F\) induces an isomorphism of \(T\)-equivariant genus 0 Gromov-Witten invariants of \(\mathbb P(V_1)\) and \(\mathbb P(V_2)\): \[ \langle \psi ^{a_1}\sigma_1,\dots,\psi ^{a_n}\sigma_n \rangle^{\mathbb P(V_1)}_{0,n,\beta} =\langle \psi ^{a_1}\mathfrak F \sigma_1,\dots,\psi ^{a_n}\mathfrak F \sigma_n \rangle^{\mathbb P(V_2)}_{0,n,\mathfrak F \beta}.\] The proof is by means of Givental's formalism, virtual localization, and deformation. One advantage of the above result is that it doesn't require the vector bundles to split, so it may be used towards a general treatment of ``quantum splitting principal''.
