A surface-link is a surface smoothly embedded in the \(4\)-space \(\mathbb{R}^4\). An immersed surface-link is a surface immersed in \(\mathbb{R}^4\) such that the multiple points are transverse double points. An immersed surface-link without a double point is an (embedded) surface-link. The ch-index of a marked graph diagram is defined by the sum of the number of classical crossings and that of marked vertices of the marked graph diagram, and the ch-index of a surface-link is defined by the minimal value among the ch-indices of marked graph diagrams which present the surface-link. Immersed surface-links can be described by ch-graphs derived from marked graph diagrams (finite regular graph diagrams with \(4\)-valent vertices), analogously to the case of embedded surface-links. The author enumerates immersed surface-links in \(4\)-space, up to ch-index equal to \(9\), by using the ch-graph description. It turns out that there are only \(4\) out of the total \(15\) surface-links in this list that are not embeddings.
