An inverse spectral problem is studied for a boundary value problem defined by the second order differential pencil on a graph with a loop with standard matching conditions in the interior vertex and boundary conditions in the boundary vertices. The inverse problem consists in recovering the pencil coefficients on one edge of the graph from spectral characteristics provided that the coefficients on the other edges are known. An algorithm for the solution of this inverse problem is provided and the uniqueness of the solution is proved.
