In this paper, a system with third degree polynomials with coefficients from the field \(C\) is constructed, which has a fourteenth order focus at a singular point \(O(0,0)\). After changing coordinates according to formulas \(u=x+\mbox{i}y,v=x-\mbox{i}y,\tau =-it\), it is represented in hyperbolic form, namely \( \overset{.}u=-u(1+a u+b u^2+D v^2)+v^2, \overset{.}v=v(1+u+B u^2+M v^2)\). The focal quantities of such a system have the following configuration: \(0,0,0,L_2 ,0,0,0,\dots,L_{2(i-1)} ,0,0,0,L_{2i},\dots\) Here \(i\) is the focus order under the condition \(L_2 =...=L_{2(i-1)} =0\). That is, to find a focus of the fourteenth order, it is necessary to consider an ideal of seven polynomials (with coefficients from the field \(\mathbb{R}\)) with five variables. Although the article does not consider the issue of cyclicity, it can be shown using Christopher's theorem [\textit{C. Christopher}, in: Differential equations with symbolic computation. Basel: Birkhäuser. 23--35 (2005; Zbl 1108.34025)] that at least thirteen small-amplitude complex-valued periodic solutions can be generated from a singular point \(O(0,0)\) of this system. In this regard, it should be mentioned \textit{H. Żołądek}'s article [Nonlinearity 8, No. 5, 843--860 (1995; Zbl 0837.34042)]. In it, it was proved that there are systems with third degree polynomials with coefficients from the field \(\mathbb{R}\) and with cyclicity at least 11 at the center. Connecting the results of Sadovskii and Zoladek, one can raise the question of the existence of systems with third degree polynomials with coefficients from the field \(\mathbb{R}\) and with cyclicity greater than 11.
