This paper considers a three-dimensional degenerate chemotaxis-Stokes system: \[ \begin{cases} n_{t}+u\cdot\nabla n=\nabla\cdot(n^{m-1}\nabla n)-\nabla \cdot(n \nabla c)-\rho n, & x \in\Omega,\, t>0,\\ c_{t}+u\cdot \nabla c= \Delta c-c+\rho, & x \in\Omega,\, t>0,\\ \rho_{t}+u \cdot \nabla\rho= \Delta\rho-\rho n, & x \in\Omega,\, t>0,\\ u_{t}+\nabla P=\Delta u + (n+\rho)\nabla\phi, & x \in\Omega,\, t>0,\\ \nabla\cdot u=0, &x \in\Omega,\, t>0 \end{cases} \] with a given function \(\phi\in W^{2,\infty}(\Omega)\), where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb{R}^{3}\) is a general bounded domain with smooth boundary. The main contribution of this paper is to study the global solvability and stabilization of the initial-boundary value problem under different diffusion exponents. More precisely, this paper establishes the existence of the globally bounded weak solution if the nonlinear diffusion exponent \(m>\frac{37}{33}\), and obtain the large time behavior of the solution which stabilizes toward the spatial homogeneous equilibrium \((n_{\infty},\rho_{\infty},\rho_{\infty},0)\). This improves the diffusion exponent on the global well-posedness of the chemotaxis-Stokes system in high dimensional, the result is new.
