    The author considers the Cauchy problem in the setting of the fractional Sobolev space \(H^s\) \(0 < s < \min(n/2, 1)\) for the following nonlinear Schrödinger equations \[ \begin{cases} i\partial_t u + (1/2)\Delta u = \lambda |u|^{p-1} u, \;\lambda\in {\mathbb C},\\ u(0,x)=\phi(x),\; x\in {\mathbb R}^n, \\ \end{cases}, \] where \(\lambda \in \left\{\mu\in {\mathbb R}+i(-\infty,0); \frac{(p-1) |\Re(\mu)|}{2\sqrt{p}}\leq |\mathrm{Im}(\mu)| \right\}\) and \(\phi\) belongs to the exponential weighted Sobolev space \(G_\gamma^{a,s}(0)\): \[ G_\gamma^{a,s}(0)=\left\{\phi \in H^s; \sum\limits_{\alpha\in {\mathbb Z}^{1+n}_{\geq 0}} \frac{a^\alpha}{(\alpha !)^\gamma} \left\| |x|^{2\alpha_0} x^{\tilde{\alpha}}\phi \right\|_{H^s} < \infty \right\} \] with \(0 < s < 1\), \(a \in (0,\infty)^{1+n}\) and \(\gamma \in [1,\infty)^{1+n}\), where \(\tilde{\alpha} = (\alpha_1, \alpha_2,\dots, \alpha_n)\). The author proves the estimates of global solutions \(u(t,x)\) to this equation, which, in particular, imply that the global solution \(u(t, x)\) with \(t > 0\) have Gevrey regularity in both space and time variables \((t, x)\). The proof is based on the a priori estimate for \(H^s\) solutions and a continuation method for analytic solutions.
