This article provides an overview of some properties of the set of solutions for a differential inclusion, including a component with delay and with a right-hand side parameterized by either an upper semicontinuous or lower semicontinuous multifunctional function. The results include: the existence of solutions, the compactness and contractility of the solution and reachable sets in the upper semicontinuous case, the precompactness and connectedness of the solution and the reachable sets in the lower semicontinuous case, the regularity of the solution and reachable mappings in parameters, and the existence of a solution to the dynamic optimization problem.
