The author continues the research started in [\textit{R. G. Koplatadze} and \textit{T. A. Chanturiya}, Differ. Uravn. 18, 1463--1465 (1982; Zbl 0496.34044)] and then subsequently developed in [\textit{N. Fukagai} and \textit{T. Kusano}, Ann. Mat. Pura Appl. (4) 136, 95--117 (1984; Zbl 0552.34062); \textit{B. R. Hunt} and \textit{J. A. Yorke}, J. Differ. Equations 53, 139--145 (1984; Zbl 0571.34057); \textit{B. Li}, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 124, No. 12, 3729--3737 (1996; Zbl 0865.34057)]. The main theorem states conditions under which every solution to the following differential equation with several delays \[ \dot{x}(t)+ \sum_{k = 1}^m a_k(t) x(\tau_k(t)) = 0,\quad t \geq 0 \] is oscillating. Finally, the author compares his propositions with already known results. Examples illustrating the results are provided as well.
