A projective Klingenberg space (PKS) of dimension \(n\) is a geometry defined over a local ring \(A\) such that there is an epimorphism onto a projective space of dimension \(n\) over the field \(A/\mathfrak{a}A\), where \(\mathfrak{a}\) is the unique maximal ideal of \(A\). Points of the PKS are called neighbouring if they correspond to the same point of the projective space. In this paper, the situation is discussed for the special case where \(A\) is a ``plural of degree \(m\)'', meaning that it consists of polynomials in one variable \(\eta\) with coefficients in a field \(T\) and \(\eta^m=0\), \(\eta^{m-1}\neq 0\); its unique maximal ideal is \(\eta A\). In this case, two distinct points of the PKS, i.e., one-dimensional submodules \([x], [y]\) of \(A^{n+1}\), are neighbouring if \(\eta^{m} x \in [y]\), a relation which can easily be extended to ``neighbours of degree \(r\)'', for \(1 \leq r \leq m\), by requiring that \(r\) is the smallest value for which \(\eta^{m-r} x \in [y]\). A couple of observations on these PKS are made, concluding in a geometric expression of submodules of the PKS in terms of this extended neighbouring relation.
