An \(n\)-slice of a \(G\)-spectrum \(X\) is a particular localisation of \(X\) that forms part of the slice filtration of \(X\), which is analogous to the Postnikov filtration. Fix \(n \ge 0\), then \(\tau^G_{\ge n}\) is the localising subcategory generated by the \(G\)-spectra \[ \Sigma^\infty G/H_+ \wedge S^{k \rho_H} \] where \(\rho_H\) is the regular representation of \(H \subset G\) and \(k |H| \ge n\). The localisation of a \(G\)-spectrum \(X\) at \(\tau^G_{\ge n}\) is denoted \(P^n X\) and the fibre of \(P^n X \to P^{n-1} X\) is the \(n\)-slice of \(X\), denoted \(P^n_n X\). The \(n\)-slices of a \(G\)-spectrum \(X\) have a richer structure than the fibres of a Postnikov tower, as the homotopy groups of any \(G\)-spectrum are a Mackey functor via \[ \underline{\pi}_*(X) (G/H) :=\pi_*^H(X). \] Recall that for a \(G\)-Mackey functor \(M\), there is an equivariant Eilenberg-MacLane spectrum \(H \underline{M}\) such that \[ \underline{\pi}_* (H \underline{M}) \] is \(\underline{M}\) in degree zero (and trivial in other degrees). Thus, we see that equivariant Eilenberg-MacLane spectra are 0-slices. However, positive integer suspensions of such spectra often have interesting slices, see [\textit{M. A. Hill} et al., Bol. Soc. Mat. Mex., III. Ser. 23, No. 1, 289--317 (2017; Zbl 1379.55013)] and [\textit{C. Yarnall}, Homology Homotopy Appl. 19, No. 1, 1--22 (2017; Zbl 1394.55007)] for the case of constant Mackey functors at \(\mathbb{Z}\) where \(G\) is cyclic of prime order. In this paper, the authors focus on the case \(G=C_2 \times C_2\) and \(X\) is a positive integer suspension of the \(G\)-equivariant Eilenberg-MacLane spectrum \(\Sigma^n H \underline{\mathbb{F}_2}\). The authors provide explicit calculations of the slices in terms of suspensions of simple Mackey functors. An appendix lists these Mackey functors in terms of the Lewis diagrams.
