Some functorial properties of Schatten classes (Q2193458)

Let \((X,\mathcal{B}(X),\mu )\) a \(\sigma \)-finite measure space. The authors give some conditions on measure properties of \(X\) such that the pullback of the \(p^{th}\)-Schatten ideal is not trivial and present a functor on the category of representations of a \(C^{\ast }\)-algebra and the category of representations of a group which is associated to the Schatten classes.
