Extension of Bohmian mechanics with new type of Hamiltonian is discussed in this paper. The term interior-boundary conditions (IBC) is used for such approach because of relations between values or derivatives of wave functions on a boundary and in some interior of a configuration space. Suggested Hamiltonians involve creation and annihilation of point particles. Authors define the Bohmian trajectories naturally associated with such Hamiltonians and describe how Bohmian mechanics can be extended to Hamiltonians with IBC. The annihilation in such approach is deterministic and occurs when two particles meet, but the creation is stochastic and requires additional consideration to demonstrate invariance of the processes under time reversal. Some other symmetries such as global phase factor, permutations of particles, covariance with respect to Galilean transformations, and gauge invariance are also discussed. Four models with different levels of complexity are considered as examples.
