The authors study the asymptotics of solutions to the Dirichlet problem \[\Delta u = f\ \text {in}\ \mathcal{X}\subset \mathbb{R}^3,\ u=u_0\ \text {at}\ \partial\mathcal{X}, \] where \(\mathcal{X}\) is a bounded domain whose boundary is smooth except of the singular point \(O\). In a neighborhood \(U\) of \(O\) the domain \(\mathcal{X}\) has the form \(\{z>\sqrt {x^2+y^2}\}\). Hence the boundary is a Lipschitz surface with a nonsymmtric conical point in the origin. The complete asymptotic expansion of a solution near the singular point is established. The authors attack the problem using new coordinates in the upper half-space in the form \[x=r^2x_1,\ y=rx_2,\ z=r^2,\ (x_1,x_2)\in \mathbb{R}^2,\ r>0.\] The transformed problem is expressed as a system of two equations of the first order in the Fuchs derivative. The approach of the authors is based on a structure theorem for solutions with a compact set of singularities for elliptic equations with real analytic coefficients.
