Let \(\mathbb B_n\) be the unit ball in the space \(\mathbb R^n\) (\(n\ge 2\)). A function \(k\) defined on \(\mathbb R^n\times \mathbb R^n\) is called invariant under rotations of the space \(\mathbb R^n\) if \(k(\omega(x),\omega(y))=k(x,y)\) for all such rotations. The multidimensional integral operator with bihomogeneous kernel is the operator on \(L_2(\mathbb B_{n_1}\times\mathbb B_{n_2})\) of the following form \((A\varphi)(x_1,x_2)=\lambda\varphi(x_1,x_2)+\int_{\mathbb B_{n_1}}\int_{{\mathbb B}_{n_2}}k_1(x_1,y_1)k_2(x_2,y_2)\varphi(y_1,y_2)\,dy_1dy_2,\) where \(\lambda\in\mathbb C\), \(k_1(x_1,y_1)\) is the function defined on \(\mathbb R^{n_1}\times \mathbb R^{n_1}\), which is homogeneous of degree \((-n_1)\), invariant under rotations of the space \(\mathbb R^{n_1}\) and the function \(k_2\) on \(\mathbb R^{n_2}\times\mathbb R^{n_2}\) has similar properties. For such operators it is proved that their Fredholm property implies invertibility and there are obtained necessary and sufficient conditions of invertibility formulated in terms of non-vanishing of some scalar values. To obtain this result, there is previously investigated some more wide class of operators. There is proved that for these operators their Fredholm property, invertibility and invertibility of the values of their operator-valued symbols are equivalent.
