For an Orlicz function \(\Phi\) and a number \(\lambda\in [0,1)\) let \(B^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) and \(\dot{B}^{\Phi, \lambda}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) be the central Morrey-Orlicz and the homogeneous central Orlicz-Morrey spaces, respectively. The weak versions of the mentioned spaces are denoted by \(WB^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) and \(W\dot{B}^{\Phi, \lambda}(\mathbb{R}^n)\). The first main theorem of the paper is the following. {Theorem 1}. Let \(T\) be a Calderón-Zygmund singular integral associated with a standard kernel, \(\Phi\) be an Orlicz function and \(0\leq \lambda <1\). (i) If \(\Phi\) and its complementary function \(\Phi^{*}\) satisfy the \(\Delta_2\)-condition, then \(T\) is bounded on \(B^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\). (ii) If \(\Phi\) satisfies the \(\Delta_2\)-condition, then \(T\) is bounded from \(B^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) to \(WB^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\). The same conclusions hold for homogeneous spaces \(\dot{B}^{\Phi, \lambda}(\mathbb{R}^n)\). This result for the case of the central Morrey spaces (i.e., when \(\Phi(u)=u^p\), \(1\leq p < \infty\)) was established by \textit{Y.~Komori} [Taiwanese J. Math. 8, No.~3, 547--556 (2004; Zbl 1090.42008)]. The second main result deals with the boundedness topic between distinct Morrey-Orlicz spaces. Namely, it is proved: {Theorem 2}. Let \(T\) be a Calderón-Zygmund singular integral associated with a standard kernel, and \(\Phi, \Psi\) be Orlicz functions and \(0\leq \lambda <1\). (i) If either \(\Phi\) and its complementary function \(\Phi^{*}\) satisfy the \(\Delta_2\)-condition or \(\Phi\) and \(\Psi\) satisfy the \(\Delta_2\)-condition and there exists a constant \(C>0\) such that \[ u\int_{0}^u \frac{\Psi(t)}{t^2}dt \leq \Phi(Cu) \; \;\text{for all}\;\;u>0, \] then \(T\) is bounded from \(B^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) to \(B^{\Psi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\). (ii) If \(\Psi\) satisfies the \(\Delta_2\)-condition and \(\Psi(u)\leq \Phi(Cu)\) for some \(C>0\) and all \(u>0\), then \(T\) is bounded from \(B^{\Phi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\) to \(WB^{\Psi, \lambda} (\mathbb{R}^n)\). The same conclusions hold for homogeneous spaces \(\dot{B}^{\Phi, \lambda}(\mathbb{R}^n)\). Furthermore, the \(\lambda\)-central mean oscillation-Orlicz spaces and their weak versions are defined. The boundedness of modified Calderón-Zygmund singular integrals from central Morrey-Orlicz spaces to \(\lambda\)-central mean oscillation-Orlicz spaces is shown, even for different Orlicz functions, and the corresponding weak versions as well.
