This paper is concerned with subcategories of fusion systems of \(p\)-permutation \(G\)-algebras arising from the Clifford theory of blocks. Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(p\), \(G\) a finite group, \(N\) a normal subgroup of \(G\) and \(c\) a \(G\)-stable block of \(kN\). Under these conditions, \(kNc\) is a \(p\)-permutation \(G\)-algebra. A \((G, N, c)\)-Brauer pair is defined to be a pair \((R, f_R)\), where \(R\) is a \(p\)-subgroup of \(G\) and \(f_R\) is a block of \(k C_N(R)\) satisfying \(Br_R(c) f_R \neq 0\). The set of all \((G, N, c)\)-Brauer pairs becomes a partially ordered set. The author generalizes Lemma 8.6.4 of [\textit{M. Linckelmann}, The block theory of finite group algebras. Volume 2. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press (2018; Zbl 06854374)], and proves that \((U, f_U)\) is a maximal \((G, N, c)\)-Brauer pair containing a specific pair \((Q, f_Q)\) if and only if \((U, f_U)\) is a maximal \((N_G(Q, f_Q), C_N(Q), f_Q)\)-Brauer pair containing \((Q, f_Q)\). The main theorem of the paper states that, the full subcategory of the fusion system \(\mathcal{F}_{(U,f_U)}(G, N, c)\) consisting of the objects between \((Q, f_Q)\) and \((U, f_U)\) and the full subcategory of the fusion system \(\mathcal{F}_{(U,f_U)}(N_G(Q, f_Q), C_N(Q), f_Q)\) consisting of the objects between \((Q, f_Q)\) and \((U, f_U)\) are isomorphic. The author closes the paper with an application of this theorem to block theory of finite groups.
