Gradient-like flows on a $n$-dimensional (\(n\geqslant 3\)) sphere, such that invariant manifolds of different saddle points do not intersect, are considered. A bicolor graph for this class of flows is constructed. It is proved that two flows of this class are topological equivalent if and only if their graphs are isomorphic.
