The paper studies a pursuit evasion differential game with many players with a player with impulse control and other players with integral constraints. The author finds sufficient conditions that guarantee the completion of pursuit game. Although the introduction is well written, I believe that this part suffers from lack of a rich history (background of study) of pursuit evasion differential games. I also think that since the author studied a pursuit game, he could replace all pursuit evasion differential games with pursuit differential game in the body of the paper, as he does in the title. In equations (2)--(4) he introduces the control functions of players very well. In problem 2, players consider the constraint (4) correctly. In summary, the problems adjusted in the paper are well defined and the solutions, to my best of knowledge, are correct. The proofs are a bit complicated for reading, but they are correct and accurate.
