In the the present paper the authors investigate a nonlinear perturbed equation in the form: \begin{gather*} x'(t)=ax(t)+bx(qt)+cx'(qt)+f(x(t),x(qt),x'(qt))=0,\\ \{a,b,c\}\subset \mathbb{C},\ 0<q<1,\ f:{{\mathbb{C}}^{3}}\to \mathbb{C},\ f(0,0,0)=0. \end{gather*} It is assumed that there exists a nondecreasing function \(h:[0,\infty )\to [0,\infty )\), such that \[ |f({x_1},{x_2},{x_{3}})-f({y_1},{y_2},{y_{3}})|\le h(r)\max \{|{x_i}|,|{y_i}|\mid i=1,2,3\}\sum_{i=1}^{3}|{x_i}-{y_i}| \] for all \(|{x_i}|,|{y_i}|\le r,\ i=1,2,3\) in a neighborhood of the point \(t=0\). It is proved that if \(|c|>1\) then, for any continuously differentiable solution \(x(t)\) of the considered equation the following relations \[ x(t)=O({t^v}),\ x'(t)=O({t^{v-1}})\text{ when }t\to +0, \] where \(v\) is the root of the equation \(c{q^{v-1}}=1\) and the following equality hold when \(t\to +0\), \[ x(t)={t^v}[\frac{\ln t}{\ln {q^{-1}}}+O({t^{\min (\operatorname{Re}v-1,1)}})], \] where \(g(s)\) is a continuously differentiable periodic function with period 1. Conversely, for any function \(g(s)\) there exists a unique \(x(t)\) of the considered equation satisfying when \(t\to +0\) the equality above.
