Let \(X\in\mathbb{R}^d\) be a Delone set with parameters \(r\) and \(R\) (\((r,R)\)-system). For any \(x\in X\) denote by \(C_x(\rho)\) a \(\rho\)-cluster of \(x\) that is \(X\cap B_x(\rho)\). Let \(N(\rho)\) be a number of nonequivalent \(\rho\)-clusters. The main problem is to find minimal \(\widehat{\rho}_d\) such that the condition \(N(\widehat{\rho}_d)=1\) implies that \(X\) is regular (i.e. \(X\) is orbit of one point with respect to some crystallographic group). The main result is the estimate \(\widehat{\rho}_3\leq 10R\). Here it is interesting to recall that the best known lower estimate is \(\widehat{\rho}_3\geq 6R\).
