The present paper studies properties of definable sets and functions in so-called ``tame`` expansions of o-minimal groups in the language \(L\) by a dense set \(P\). The authors prove structure theorems for these expansions in terms of cones and large dimension: a decomposition of a definable set into a finite union of cones; every definable map is given by an \(L\)-definable map off a subset of the domain of smaller large dimension; and the group operation around generic elements of a definable group is given by an \(L\)-definable map.
