The following theorem appeared in [\textit{C. J. A. Evelyn} et al., The seven circles theorem and other new theorems. London: Stacey International (1974; Zbl 0282.50014)]: For every chain \(H_1, \ldots, H_6\) of consecutively tangent circles interior to the unit circle and tangent to it, the three main diagonals of the hexagon with vertices at the points where the chain touches the unit circle intersect at a common point. Here, it is shown that this theorem holds in hyperbolic geometry, in which the unit circle is considered to be the circle of ends, so that the six circles \(H_i\) become horodisks.
