Suppose that \(k\) is a field of characteristic zero. Let \(R=k[x_1,\dots,x_n]\) be a polynomial ring over \(k\) with standard grading. Let \(A_n(k)=k(x_1,\dots,x_n,\partial_1,\dots,\partial_n)\) be the \(n\)th Weyl algebra over \(k\). Let \(I\), \(J\) be homogeneous ideals of \(R\) and let \(M:=H^i_I(R)\) resp. \(N:=H^i_J(R)\) be local cohomology modules of \(R\) with supports in \(I\) resp. \(J\) for some integers \(i,j\). The aim of the paper is to show that for all \(v\geq 0\) the module \(\mathrm{Ext}^v_{A_n(k)}(M,N)_l=0\) for \(l\neq 0\). For part I, see [\textit{T. J. Puthenpurakal} and \textit{J. Singh}, Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 167, No. 3, 549--565 (2019; Zbl 1431.13019)].
