The inverse spectral problem is studied for the differential equation \[ -y''(x)+q(x)y(x)=\lambda r(x)y(x),\; x\in (0,1) \] with Robin-type boundary conditions; here \(r(x)=1\) for \(x<1/2,\) and \(r(x)=a>0\) for \(x>1/2.\) It is proved that the specification of the spectrum and eigenfunctions in the middle of the interval uniquely determines the potential \(q(x)\) and the coefficients of the boundary conditions.
