The authors focus on the notion of exponential dichotomy (which generalizes the hyperbolicity of linear autonomous equations to linear non-autonomous framework) for generalized ordinary differential equations. Under the assumption that a linear generalized ODE admits an exponential dichotomy on \(\mathbb{R}_+(\mathbb{R}_-)\), it is proved that a perturbed generalized ODE also admits an exponential dichotomy on \(\mathbb{R}_+(\mathbb{R}_-)\). The robustness of exponential dichotomy of linear generalized ODEs on \(\mathbb{R}\) is studied as well. Finally, using the connection between generalized ODEs and other types of problems (such as, measure differential equations or impulsive differential equations), the robustness of exponential dichotomies is deduced for these equations.
