The authors define and study the \((g,F,\mu)\)-manifolds. They obtain characterizations for integrability of invariant and anti-invariant distributions. The work contains some interessant properties of semi-invariant submanifolds. The used method is based on tensor fields and foliations. Theorem: Let \(N\) be a semi-invariant submanifold of a \((g,F,\mu)\)-manifold \(M\). Then the following assertions are equivalent: \begin{itemize} \item[(1)] \(D\) is integrable distribution. \item[(2)] The Nijenhuis tensor field of \(\varphi\) satisfies: \(Q\circ N_\varphi= 0\), \(\forall X,Y\in\Gamma(D)\). \item[(3)] The Nijenhuis tensor fields of \(F\) and \(\varphi\) satisfy the equality: \(N_F= N_\varphi\) on \(D\). \end{itemize} The paper provides a great number of examples. The exposition is clear. Both authors are experts in the fields of submanifolds and associated connections.
