The work presents a compartmental SEI (susceptible, exposed/latently infected and infected persons) model with natural birth and death terms supplied with diffusion terms for all three compartments and factors multiplied by non-linear coefficients, which are associated with the model by \textit{S. M. Blower} et al. [``The intrinsic transmission dynamics of tuberculosis epidemics'', Nat. Med. 1, No. 8, 815--821 (1995; \url{doi:10.1038/nm0895-815})] for transmission of tuberculosis. The mathematical analysis of these PDE equations claims the existence of travelling wave solutions.
