For Fano manifolds, the solution to the Yau-Tian-Donaldson conjecture states that a K-polystable Fano manifold admits a Kähler-Einstein metric. In the course of proving the Yau-Tian-Donaldson conjecture for Fano manifolds, the log K-stability was introduced in [\textit{C. Li}, Commun. Contemp. Math. 17, No. 2, Article ID 1450020, 17 p. (2015; Zbl 1312.32013)] which extends the notion of K-stability. On a log Fano manifolds, it was known that the existence of conic Kähler-Einstein metric implies the log-K-polystable properties by the work of [\textit{R. J. Berman}, Invent. Math. 203, No. 3, 973--1025 (2016; Zbl 1353.14051)]. In this work, the authors study the converse which can also be regarded as the conic version of Yau-Tian-Donaldson conjecture on log Fano manifolds. More precisely, it is shown that if \((M,\sum_{i=1}k (1-\beta_i)D_i)\) is log K-polystable, then there exists a conic Kähler-Einstein metric with angle \(2\pi \beta_i\) along \(D_i\).
