This paper studies the normalised Kähler-Ricci flow on a compact Kähler manifold whose canonical bundle is semi-ample, and focuses particularly on the blow-up behaviour of such Kähler-Ricci flows around a fibre of the semi-ample fibration \(X \to X_{\mathrm{can}}\) defined by the pluricanonical system. One of the main results of this paper states the following: If two solutions \(\tilde{\omega} (t), \omega (t)\) of the normalised Kähler-Ricci flow satisfy \(\sigma(t)^{-1} \tilde{\omega} (t) \le \omega (t) \le \sigma (t) \tilde{\omega} (t)\), with respect to a time-dependent constant \(\sigma (t) \ge 1\), in a neighbourhood of a fibre of the semi-ample fibration, then the blow-up behaviours of their Riemann curvature tensors are comparable up to a constant multiple of \(\sigma (t)^4\) in a neighbourhood of the fibre; this result holds even for singular fibres. When the regular fibre is not biholomorphic to a finite quotient of a torus, the authors further provide an explicit estimate for the blow-up rate around regular fibres.
