In many cases the quantum physical system is endowed with an action by a group of \(*\)-automorphisms which is not compact nor abelian, even if it acts ergodically. An example is the abelian Chern- Simons theory. In this case the general criterion for the existence and uniqueness of invariant states is still missing. However in [\textit{F. Bambozzi} et al., ``Invariant states on noncommutative tori'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1802.02487}] ``invariant states by the symplectic group of automorphisms on group algebras with involutions that define irrational non-commutative tori have been classified using elementary, and mostly algebraic, methods.More precisely, it was shown that for irrational rotational algebras the only state invariant under the action of the symplectic group is the canonical trace state''. The present paper continues the mentioned paper. The main result is the following one. ``Given an abelian group \(G\) endowed with a \(T=\mathbb{R}/\mathbb{Z}\)-pre-symplectic form, the authors assign to it a symplectic twisted group \(*\)-algebra \(W_G\) and then provide criteria for the uniqueness of states invariant under the ergodic action of the symplectic group of automorphism''
