This paper considers the solutions \((M,g(t))\), \(0 \leq t < T\), to the Ricci flow \(\frac{\partial}{\partial t}g(t) = -2\mathrm{Ric}(g(t))\) on a closed, connected four-manifold without boundary under the assumptions that \(T < \infty\) and that the scalar curvature is bounded uniformly. Under these conditions it is shown that the associated metric spaces \((M,d(t))\) converge in the Gromov-Hausdorff sense to a \(C^0\) Riemannian orbifold \((X,d)\) as \(t \rightarrow T\). Moreover, the flow can be extended past \((X,d)\) using the orbifold Ricci flow.
