This paper provides an explicit expression for the first order $q$-difference system for the Jackson integral of Symmetric Selberg type. The system gives a generalization of $q$-analog of contiguous relations of the Gauss hypergeometric function. The author uses Matsuo polynomials in his study. The main result is an explicit expression for the coefficient matrix of the $q$-difference system in terms of its Gauss matrix decomposition. This paper is written according to the following arrangement, after defining some basic terminology the author characterizes Matsuo's polynomials by their vanishing property and defines a family of symmetric polynomials of higher order, which include Matsuo's polynomials, he called those polynomials interpolation polynomials. Several vanishing properties for the interpolation polynomials are stated. A three term relations are presented and used in proofs and to obtain the coefficient matrix of the q-difference system. Another set of symmetric polynomials (Lagrange interpolation polynomials of type A) is introduced and the Gauss decomposition of the transition matrix is explained. Theorems, Lemmas and propositions are proved, also remarks and corollaries are given. The paper ends with an appendix, acknowledgement and references.
